The Medications Form outlines any medications, vitamins or supplements your pet may need during their stay at Schertz Pet Manor. Please note: Medications can only be administered to pets that have already been prescribed medication from a licensed veterinarian and all medication must still be in the original containers. If your pet is on insulin, please be sure to annotate dosage and food schedule your diabetic pet is on.
